Touch Grass is a Chrome extension that blocks distracting sites after you exceed a daily scroll limit. To get unblocked, you upload proof you went outside; AI says yes or no. By installing or using Touch Grass, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

The free tier limits how many sites you can block and how long you can scroll per day. Pro unlocks more sites, custom limits, custom blocked-page copy, and related features listed on the pricing page. Feature lists may change; we'll try not to be sneaky about it.

You cannot buy Pro inside the Chrome extension. Checkout happens on this website. After payment, we email you an activation code. Enter that code in the extension settings to unlock Pro. You are responsible for using a valid email address and keeping access to that inbox. Codes are for your account only - don't share or resell them.

Use Touch Grass for your own browsing habits. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the extension. Do not abuse verification by submitting fake outdoor photos, bypass attempts, or automated unlocks. It's a Chrome extension, not a courtroom - but still, don't be that person.

Outdoor photo checks use AI and are imperfect. We do not guarantee accuracy. A wrong NO is annoying; a wrong YES is on you for cheating. We may tune or change verification without notice.

Touch Grass is provided as-is. We are not liable for productivity gained or lost, sites missed, outdoor injuries, or emotional damage from sarcastic copy. If you go outside and stub your toe, that's on you.

We may suspend or revoke Pro access if you violate these terms, abuse activation codes, or file bad-faith chargebacks. You can stop using the extension anytime by uninstalling it. Cancel paid subscriptions through the billing flow you used at purchase so future charges stop - see the Refund Policyfor refund rules (spoiler: we don't refund).

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
