Refund Policy

We don't offer refunds. TouchGrass is a digital product unlocked with a license key we email you after purchase. Once you pay and we send that key, the sale is final.

TouchGrass is bought on this website, not inside the app. After payment we email you a license key and you enter it in the Mac app. Because delivery is immediate and digital, there's nothing to “return.”

Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly at the price shown on the pricing section when you bought. You can cancel future renewals before your next billing date through the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing us. Canceling does not refund charges already paid, including the current billing period.

A lifetime license is a one-time payment with no renewals. It is not refundable once the key has been delivered.

Treat your license key like a password. If you lose it, contact us and we'll try to help, but we are not obligated to replace keys that were already delivered to your email. Sharing or reselling keys is not allowed and may result in revocation without refund.

Filing a chargeback after receiving a working license key may lead to revocation of your license and a ban from future purchases. If something actually went wrong with payment or delivery, email us first. We'd rather fix a real problem than argue with your bank.

We may make a one-off exception if required by law in your country, or if we failed to deliver a key at all due to a technical error on our side. That's rare, discretionary, and not a precedent. “I changed my mind” is not an exception.

If you subscribed to Pro for the earlier TouchGrass browser extension, the same rules apply. You can stop renewals at t0uchgrass.com/pro/cancel with your activation code.
