Refund Policy

Short version
We don't offer refunds. Pro is a digital subscription unlocked with a code we email you after purchase. Once you pay and we send that code, the sale is final.
Why payments work this way
Chrome extensions can't run checkout inside the extension the way a normal web app can. Pro is purchased on this website. After payment, we email you an activation code. You enter that code in the extension settings to unlock Pro. Because delivery is immediate and digital, there's nothing to “return.”
Subscriptions
Pro is billed monthly (currently about $8/month, subject to change on the pricing page). You can cancel future renewals before your next billing date so you are not charged again. Canceling does not refund charges already paid, including the current billing period.
Activation codes
Treat your activation code like a password. If you lose it, contact us and we'll try to help, but we are not obligated to replace codes that were already delivered to your email. Sharing or reselling codes is not allowed and may result in revocation without refund.
Chargebacks and disputes
Filing a chargeback after receiving a working activation code may lead to revocation of Pro access and a ban from future purchases. If something actually went wrong with payment or delivery, email us first - we'd rather fix a real problem than argue with your bank.
Exceptions
We may make a one-off exception if required by law in your country, or if we failed to deliver a code at all due to a technical error on our side. That's rare, discretionary, and not a precedent. “I changed my mind” is not an exception.
